Chandan Shankar,
Suzanne P. Shankar,
Suzanne grew up in Lancaster, South Carolina and attended Lancaster High School. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. She received her law degree from Campbell University Law School, where she was a finalist in the Moot Court Trial Competition and was actively involved in the Student Bar Association and Women in Law. She has clerked with the Honorable Monica Bousman and Attorney Erin Graber of Wake County as well as with The Center for Children’s Defense in Charlotte. Prior to joining Shankar Law Firm in 2024, Suzanne was an associate with Margit M. Hicks, PA from 2010 to 2023 as well as an associate at The Mitchell Law Group in Fayetteville from 2008-2010.
She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association- Family Law Section, Cumberland County Bar Association, where she has served as Law Day chairperson and the 12th Judicial District Bar Association, where she has served on the Executive Board.
Suzanne has served as a board member of the Vision Resource Center, a volunteer with the Cumberland County Teen Court Program, a coach for the High School Mock Trial competition and assisted the Center for Economic Empowerment and Development (CEED) by hosting Family Law Clinics.
Suzanne practices exclusively in the area of family law and has extensive litigation experience.
Kathryn Crumpler,
Kathryn Crumpler is no stranger to the legal community. In fact, she has more than 37 years of legal experience with some of Fayetteville, NC’s most prestigious law firms. Originally from Parkton, NC, Crumpler has built a solid foundation in southeastern NC and has an impeccable reputation for her vast legal knowledge and integrity. Over the years, she has worked in the areas of Criminal Defense, Traffic/DWI Defense, Personal Injury and Auto Accident cases, Domestic Law, and Civil Litigation.
Kelly Johnson,
Kelly is also a passionate advocate for raising awareness about rare genetic disorders, particularly STXBP1, which her youngest daughter bravely battles. Together, they enjoy trips to the beach and spending time with family.
